How much a TIFF 2016 celebrity gift bag is worth

Celebrities are touching down in Hollywood North for the Toronto International Film Festival and some are set to get luxury goodies to bid them welcome. Glo Communications' Bask-It-Style gift bags are stuffed with VIP products hand-picked for famous TIFF A-listers. Celebrities like Matt Damon, Blake Lively, Rachel McAdams and John Legend have received a Bask-It-Style bag in their hotel suites during past festivals. So how much are one of these bags worth? MoneySense got a sneak peek at what the stars will receive (make-up, books, jewellery galore!) and crunched the numbers. In total, the bag and the treasures inside will be worth an estimated $1,560, around $400 more than last year's gift basket.
